The course provides Professional and up-to-date training with all modalities specific to your practice of reflexology
CSSM provides a personal approach to your training with Indvidual supervision and zoom feedback question and answer sessions.
The course is accredited with IICT as a standalone modality and approved for CPE points with Massage associations.

The course delves deeply into the practice of reflexology as a healing therapeutic modality.
Kayes years of teaching reflexology has enabled her to put together a high-quality professionally approved reflexology course.
Kaye has combined the theory and practical, so it is easy to learn, and practitioners gain all the skills needed to give a thorough therapeutic reflexology session.
This course is 100 hours and will give you a standalone reflexology qualification.
You can then join the IICT and get insurance or gain CPE points from your Massage Association

In the clinical practice/supervision day your techniques will be assisted with, and you will be given guidance and support for any questions and queries you may have.

You are provided with manuals for each modality outlining
- Assessment requirements
- Theory
- Companion guide to video watching and reflex techniques.
Submissions for Certificate of Attainment
You need to complete 100 hours of study. You have 2 years in which to complete.
1 Attend face to face studies at Central Springs School of Massage covering techniques, theories and supervised clinical practice.
2.Fill out logged session forms provided with achievements and challenges. A short paragraph each. Make extra copies of forms when needed.
3. Answer all the theory questions.
4. Do 5 case studies. Foot reflex, hand reflex and spa ritual case studies to be completed.
5. Fill out Table below with study session times with total equalling100 hours or more
6. Fill out client record forms .
To receive Certificate of Attainment for your 100 hours must return copies of:
- Written Questions
- Logged session forms
- Case studies:
- Attend Supervised clinical practice, techniques and theory covered
- Table filled out
Personalized Supervision
- Personalized supervision is limited to 1-2 persons and time and dates are negotiable to suit all.
